About Us

Learn about EjoHe Initiative and our mission to empower Rwandan youth.

About Us

EjoHe Initiative was founded with a singular mission: to bridge the career guidance gap in Rwanda. The name EjoHe is a Kinyarwanda word meaning "His/Her Future" — reflecting our commitment to every student's potential.

Since our inception, we have reached thousands of students across Rwanda, providing career guidance workshops, mentorship programs, and digital tools through our EjoHePlus platform. Our programs are designed to help students discover their interests, explore career pathways, and make informed decisions about their education and future.

We believe that every student deserves the opportunity to shape their future. Through our five core programs — Education, Sponsorships, Parent Engagement, Alumni Mentorship, and Community Engagement — we create a comprehensive support system for Rwandan youth.
